This Angelus action uses vertically set pneumatics made from pouch leather. The lateral motion of the the pneumatic is converted in to vertical movement by means of a swivelling cranked wire connector.
The pouches are made in one long strip of leather instead of the more usual individual pouches.
Dismantling the stack very carefully, it is very prone to damage as each pneumatic is glued and jointed in place.
